What Groundwork does
Groundwork Fund is a loan brokerage. We help real estate investors identify financing options and connect them with lending partners who originate and fund loans. We do not lend money, we do not fund loans, and we do not make credit decisions. Any loan you obtain is a contract between you and the lender, governed by that lender's documents and terms.
Business-purpose loans only
The financing described on this site is intended exclusively for business and investment purposes. It is not available for the purchase or refinance of an owner-occupied primary residence, and it is not consumer credit. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that any financing you seek is for a business purpose and that the subject property is or will be held for investment.

Where we can help
Our lending partners do not fund projects in Arizona, California, Minnesota, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, or Vermont. Availability in any other state is subject to change and to lender requirements.
Information you provide
You agree that any information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it, including information about a co-borrower. Submitting an inquiry does not create a lending relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or an obligation on our part to submit your request to any lender.
You also agree that we may share your inquiry information with lending partners in order to evaluate your request. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
Communications
By submitting an inquiry and providing your consent, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, and email regarding your request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of receiving any loan or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Not professional advice
